Gerald Emesih 5 Posted June 27, 2022 Share Posted June 27, 2022 Since we installed Spotfire 11.4 our dashboards become unresponsive or freezes after its idle for a few min. Functionality is restored after manually refreshing the page/site. Any ideas why this is happening and/or solutions to the issue Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So, I recommend that you go to the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) and open a case, and our support team can assist you with further troubleshooting. if possible, I recommend that you recreate the issue again, then capture a troubleshooting bundle (see https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire_server/11.4.7/doc/html/TIB_sfire_ser...) and include that when opening the case.
