Hello!

 

That sounds like the type of issue that is better handled as a support case. So, I recommend that you go to the TIBCO Support Portal (https://support.tibco.com) and open a case, and our support team can assist you with further troubleshooting.

if possible, I recommend that you recreate the issue again, then capture a troubleshooting bundle (see https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire_server/11.4.7/doc/html/TIB_sfire_ser...) and include that when opening the case.
