Tibco Spotfire 10 - How to create alternating table row colors

I found community articles for Spotfire version 7.14 and earlier. Do you have any suggestions on how to create alternate row colors in a table in version 10

In the more recent versions of Spotfire, you can do that using themes. If you use the dark theme, alternatting table row colors are used out of the box. If you use the light theme or a custom one, you can enable it. Let's use custom theme as an example for how to do it:

1. Go to Visualizations menu > Canvas Styling > Edit custom theme.

2. Select the Details pane (upper right corner)

2. On the left side, select Visualizations general

3. At the bottom, under "Background color for odd table rows", select Solid, and pick a color.
