One of the users alerted me that he cannot download it in csv format, only in txt format.How can it be configured so that it downloads in csv format Is it a setting in the browser Thank you! Fredrik Rosell Posted April 27, 2022 Share Posted April 27, 2022 Hello, Just to confirm, is this issue only affecting that user or everyone If everyone, my guess is that you are using an old Spotfire version (10.0 or older), as the ability to actually export to CSV in the web client was introduced in version 10.1 (it APPEARED to be possible even before that though).
