Export data in csv

Hello,

I have created a report in spotfire that can be consulted by several users in the webplayer.

One of the users alerted me that he cannot download it in csv format, only in txt format.How can it be configured so that it downloads in csv format Is it a setting in the browser

Just to confirm, is this issue only affecting that user or everyone If everyone, my guess is that you are using an old Spotfire version (10.0 or older), as the ability to actually export to CSV in the web client was introduced in version 10.1 (it APPEARED to be possible even before that though).

I'm using TIBCO 10.10.2.

This issue affect only one user. All others can use export the date into .csv without problem.

I mught be due to permission issue. If admin enables the export to csv option then it will solve the problem.
