How can I change the displaying language when I use Spotfire Business Author

I am serching where to configure in changing displaying language in Spotfire Business Author.

Language pack is already applied on the server but not working.

 

I added Japanes language pack first and it worked automatically.

Then Korean language pack is added now, but I do not know whats next.

 

I expect a circumstance which users can select their languages when they use Spotfire Business Author.

Hi,

TIBCO Spotfire Web Players are available in several different languages via language packs. But the language selected in user's web browser will always take the highest preference. A user whose local language setting is set to Japanese, will still see the Web Player user interface in Japanese, even if the Korean language pack is deployed. To change that you can in your browser, under "Internet Options --> Language", you must have your desired language as the first option in the box.
