Not able to login from Analyst client

Hi,

I have successfully configured server which is at remote location and able to access server url as well (http://91.*.*.*:9001/spotfire/ui/landingPage), which shows me Spot fire landing page as well. But from my local machin while login from Analyst client get below error.

Please help

In the below error :win-qv9nukj85lk is my server alise name.

Error message: Cannot log in to server.

Hi,

Is the public address set in the Spotifre Sevrer COnfiguration Tool the same as you are using to login Secondly please try to look into ip-hostname resolution form your machine.

You can set the Public address via configuration Tool UI or via command line. Please get in tough with the Admin. Also confirm if all the users are facing this issue.
