How to change the theme through external web page

Experts,

We need to change the theme of the Spotfire DXP file from the external page (Web player DXP URL integrated with the custom web page hosted in IIS). Can anyone suggest a good approach to achieve this I know we can trigger an Iron Python script when the Document property value change and we can change the document property value from the web page. But I dont find a way to change the theme through Iron Python.

Please suggest any other approach is available to achieve this scenario.

Is this still the case There is no way to change the background of the entire document on the click of a button.

If so, is there any way around exporting having a dark grey black background if the theme is set to have a grey background
