Moving Labels in a Map Chart

I'm trying to move labels on a map chart, when I right click on the map "Edit Label Positions" and "Reset Label Positions" is greyed out. How do I activate these functions

Those options are only available with a Feature Layer, so if you are using a Marker Layer you don't have these options.

You also have to have the feature layer set as the interactive layer.

And to get the labels to appear, you have to add 6 calculations with the SHAPE column from the feature layer.
