How to get access to hotfixes, SDK and other downloads when using the AWS Marketplace Hourly Spotire

Hello,

If I deploy my own Spotfire environment using theAWS Marketplace: TIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly) (amazon.com), how can I get access to the hotfixes, language packs, SDKs, and the other download materials in a compliant way

When I was working in a company that has Spotfire, we were accessing this via eDelivery, but I do not know if it is still the right way to get this software when you are a freelance working on Spotfire using the offering in the AWS Marketplace.

SDK and Language packs are currently not part of the Spotfire for AWS offering. As stated in the AWS Marketplace page(https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-sgndblhedc4ieie=UTF8&sr=0-5), what is included is "one Spotfire Analyst user (via Microsoft Remote Desktop) plus Spotfire Server, Spotfire Business Author, Automation Services and Statistics Services". So, if you do need access to the SDKetc, you should consider one of the other offerings (https://www.tibco.com/products/tibco-spotfire/editions-pricing)

Regarding hotfixes, the standard Spotfire for AWS offering comes with community support, which does not include hotfixes. However, as stated in that same Marketplace page mentioned above, you have the option to purchase professional support, which also includes access to hotfixes. Note that Spotfire on AWS follows the Mainstream track (https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire/general/LTS/spotfire_LTS_releases.htm), i.e. frequent releases,currently approximately every 1-2 months, which means you do get access to the latest fixes, delivered in the form of new releases, quite often.
