Spotfire detected the wrong data type

Hi Guys,

I had an issue while using spotfire 11.4.1 LTS when connecting to an oracle database - In-Database/External data - where spotfire detected a timestamp column as a date, this caused spotfire to return an in-correct result when using that column as a filter.

I have no option to correct the data type of that column, so i was wondering if anyone had this issue before and whether there is a solution

I'm using the connector64-bit ODAC 12.2.0.1.1downloaded from oracle website.
