Why does a data source of type Presto-SSL report a failure in Spotfire v11.4

I have upgraded our Spotfire server from v11.2.0 to v 11.4 LTS. Then I found some of the data sources which are of type Presto-SSL are not getting expanded in Information designer though I have placed presto jdbc jar in both tomcatlib and tomcatcustom-ext folder. The status of data source templates in configuration is 'XML parsed ok' .These data sources were working in v11.2.0 but not after upgradation.

I have attached the error I am getting while expanding that data source.

Anyone please help mehere and let me know if any other information is required.

Regarding the below error,

InformationModelServiceException at Spotfire.Dxp.Services:

Failed to initialize connection pool: Cannot instantiate JDBC driver with class name com.facebook.presto.jdbc.PrestoDriver (HRESULT: 80131509)

- Kindly check if any duplicate drivers are present inside the TIBCO Spotfire Server Installation directory and remove them if found any.

- Download the latest jar file(presto-jdbc-0.261.jar) and copy it to tomcatcustom-ext folder.

- Now restart the server and test the behavior.

 

NOTE- For 10.3 and higher versions of Spotfire Server, it may work if you copy the jar files to the tomcatlib, but it is highly recommended to copy it to the 'custom-ext' folder.
