Spotfire Web player randomly gives Internal server error.

Spotfire Web player works most of the times. But sometimes it throws Iternal Server Error. What will be the reason

Hi Smita,

 

You could see more information in the log files (server.log as well as the nm.log and perhaps the Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.xxx.logs). If not already done, set your log level to DEBUG mode to capture the internal server error, so you will see more detailed information when the error occurs again.

 

Based on that, you may find out more about the reason why you sometimes see the internal server error message.
