TIBCO Academic Spotfire Server Connectivity Issue

Hello,

 

We have a TIBCO Education server that is used by universities to work on Spotfire. I usually start the instance once in a while and send the IP address to the university professors for them to continue using. However, recently, when I tried doing that, they ended up with the following error.

 

Error message: Cannot connect to the specified server.

Before trying again, make sure that the server you connect to is a valid Spotfire server, that the server is running, and that you are connected to the network.

 

ManifestWebException at Spotfire.Dxp.Services:

Could not connect to server 'http://52.90.48.10/' to download manifest, the operation timed out after 10000 ms . (HRESULT: 80131509)
