How to derive rank based time point

I have the following data structure where a subject is going through drug infusion, mulple times within a visit. I would like to create the Time Point column as shown below

Subject # Visit Name Infusion Date Time Time Point

10001 Day 1 15-Jul-2021 10:10:00 1

10001 Day 1 15-Jul-2021 10:40:00 2

10001 Day 1 15-Jul-2021 12:00:00 3

10001 Month 1 15-Aug-2021 09:00:00 1

10001 Month 1 15-Aug-2021 13:30:00 2
