Laura Corveleyn
Best, We are encountering some problems when trying to export a hierarchical clustered heatmap from Spotfire. First, we would like to adjust the row labels to the labels stated in our data. When hierarchical clustering is applied, these labels are changed to row numbers (see heatmap_portrait_screenshot.png in the attachmentVS heatmap_row_labels_data.png is without hierarchical clustering, where the data labels are still visible). Besides that, not all the row and column labels are visible and the ones that are visible don't show the entire label text (this is replaced with "..."). Second, we would like to export the heatmap in portrait mode (A4 size). We already found a solution to adapt the mode within Spotfire itself (Edit - Document Properties - Visualisation Area Size), however, when exporting, the heatmap is still in landscape mode. Hopefully someone can help us with this. Thanks in advance! Kind regards, Laura & Lien
