Getting - 'TERR crash detected' Error while running data function on large Data set

Getting below error.

"TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R returned an error

The data function 'xxx' could not be executed.

TERR crash detected"

My dxp size is 580 MB and one of the input table size is 7 GB (Checked it on R Studio),

Also data function is creating a SBDF file (in Temp Folder) which is of size 9.27 GB

Used memory.size(TRUE) and memory.limit(size=56000) as well.

Can anybody help

Has this never been commented on or solved?  I am running into the same thing and wonder if it has to do w/ file / data size
