David Boot-Olazabal Posted April 20, 2021 Share Posted April 20, 2021 Hi flavien2gnokam, When a scheduled update fails to run, there are a couple of things you have to check. The schedule updates are run by the internal Schedule updates service account. This user account does need to have read access (browse+access) for both the dashboard and the information link/model setup. Also, you should be able to set the log level to DEBUG (in the admin console for the server andweb player services, and collect the logs when this error happens.
