good morning, i would like to perform a scheduled update in spotfire. I did it but i got the following error : Message: 1 failed attempts so far; Server could not load the analysis.

Hi flavien2gnokam,

When a scheduled update fails to run, there are a couple of things you have to check. The schedule updates are run by the internal Schedule updates service account. This user account does need to have read access (browse+access) for both the dashboard and the information link/model setup. Also, you should be able to set the log level to DEBUG (in the admin console for the server andweb player services, and collect the logs when this error happens. This will give you more information about the cause of the error.
