Cross Table column formatting Calculation using iron Python Script

I am genearing script where summary report is build. But need to format few columns as listed below.I have attached query.

Could you please help in formatting the following columns as mentioned below.

Column [Total Item#] required as Number formatting

Column [Automatching %] required as percentage formatting.

Rest all let it be as it is.
