Spotfire Analyst not Connecting to Spotfire Server

Hi Guys

After upgrading Spotfire to v11 not able to connect through Spotfire Analyst. I am able to connect and login though webplayer and web admin console. Getting below error.

Error message: Cannot log in to server.

AuthenticationException at :

Could not authenticate with server to get tokens. Response:

 

 

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

(HRESULT: 80131501)

Stack Trace:

WebException at System:

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. (HRESULT: 80131509)

You need to set the Public Address first with the help of KBA:https://support.tibco.com/s/article/Setting-the-Public-address-URL-when-...

 

Once done, while logging in Spotfire Analyst >> Manager Server, remove your existing Spotfire Server URL and enter the above, newly configured URL.
