Raphael Peguet Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 Hi, TheInformation linksare predefined database queries, specifying the columns to be loaded into the internal data engine of TIBCOSpotfire, and any filters needed to reduce the size of the data table prior to visualization. This provides Spotfire with a dataset that can be used for analytics. The data connection is the entry point to the data sources. It is generally composed of a driver, a location (URL or file path) and authentication credentials. Information links need data source connections to successfully retrieve the data.
