Filtering Charts

I have a line chart with Oil & Gas and date. One if I click on Producing wells only the chart does not change What am I doing wrong if I want the user to be able to filter on just producing and just horizontal why if I choose those does my chart not change Also can you set a date range so if I only want production from say 2019 forward how can I do that Sorry I am still learning any help is greatly appreciated.

To enable filtering amongst tables we need to relate them. This can be done by using Manage Relations feature to create relations among the tables.

To reach theManageRelationsdialog:

 

 

On the menu bar, selectData > Data table properties.

 

 

In the Data Table Properties dialog, go to theRelationstab.

 

 

ClickManageRelations.
