#AWS Support coverage for TIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly)

Hi,

I would like to know the type of support provided by TIBCO during the migration toTIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly) from our current existing stand alone Spotfire servers.

Also would like to know what kind of process would be required during the version upgrades in theTIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly).

By default support for TIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly) on the AWS Marketplace is provided only via the TIBCO Community. This does not include support viahttps://support.tibco.com/.Professional support via https://support.tibco.com/ can be purchased separately by reaching out athttps://www.tibco.com/contact-us

So for your upgrade you would be entitled to assistance on the TIBCO Community unless professional support was explicitly purchased.

Technically for the upgrade, you will need to create a new instance with the latest version of Spotfire and then migrate the database data from the previous instance. This would be done using the library export/import options (export the library content from the old environment, import to the new environment). These are the command line commands that can be used (or the Library Administrator tool can be used as well):

Create new instance of TIBCO Spotfire Analytics for AWS (Hourly) with latest version

Export library content from previous instance

Import library content to new instance
