Dorothy Colegrove
I saw the question here (https://community.spotfire.com/questions/importing-excel-file-spotfire-caus...) where Tibco indicates that they are aware this is an issue, but the answer did not indicate whether Tibco is invesitgating a fix. I find it concerning that Tibco is able to override Default Applications in Windows without understanding how that is happening. It is also frustrating to have to change the default app back after this happens. Please advise on whether you are looking at this. It seems to point to a security flaw if the Tibco program is able to overwrite the existing default app permission without letting the user know. Donald Johnson
This seems like this is a question for TIBCO Support.
