Tessa Klein
I have a page set up with a scatter plot. When I replace the old Data Table in the scatter plot with the new one in Properties, Spotfire gives thiserror: Could not find column: 'NewDataTable'.ColumnNameFromOldDataTable'. It's curious the column it's referencing is in the old Data Table. The new Data Table absoultey doesn't have that column, but not sure why the scatter plot is looking for it. It is a complex page with Markings, Filtering, Property Controls, and IronPython scripts referencing the original Data Table. Why do we have to bring in a new Scatter plot for the data to display
Anders Gavare
Can you narrow it down a bit, or reproduce it from scratch (There is a mechanism which if you switch from one data table to another will try to use columns with the same names in the new data table so that you don't lose things like color configuration. But, if it fails to find those columns in the new data table, it should reconfigure the plot, it shouldn't leave it in an error state.)
