map chart with legend

If you are specifically looking for the Legend to show a gradient like in the picture, that is currently not available (I suggest voting for the idea "Colorbar Gradient On Plot Legend" - https://ideas.tibco.com/ideas/TS-I-6510) - as it works now, it shows the min and max value, so you would need to show that in a different way.

Simply using a map chart, with a feature layer (in my example below, I used Europe Countries), and coloring that using your Volume data, should get you fairly close to the general visualization though.
