Web player can not use

If my auto-translation can be trusted, the error message basically only states that the analysis couldn't be opened as there was no Web player service available. If that issue remains, you (or whoever is the admin of the system) could start by making sure that the node manager/web player service(s) have been (attempted to be) started. If they are not starting up, take a look in the logs (note that the error code you referenced is unique to your system- it's basically a marker for the particular issue you ran into and you can search for it in your log files, and then analyze the logs for the state of the system around that time point). For further assistance on this, you should consider opening a support case in the Support portal - https://support.tibco.com.
