What does Error in body of message mean how to fix it

Hello,

I am using TIBCO Spotfire Analyst Version 10.4.0.65 and i have dashboards in production. In one of the dashboards, upon saving and publishing to Library, i get the below message that i have never seen before - can anyone shed light on it Note that i am not a developer and i don't really understand any XML, any help is appreciated !

 

Error message: Could not publish sheet_counts_scanner_data.

ArgumentException at System.Xml:

'--', hexadecimal value 0x04, is an invalid character. (HRESULT: 80070057)
