Do we have Offline installer

Hello Team,

 

We would like to know if in case you offer Offline Installers for Spotfire Server/Node Manager/Analyst. As per our on-premise server settings "Internet Access" is not provided due to security reasons.

 

Do let us know at the earliest.

There are no "offline" installers. However, regarding the specific error you got:

Failed to download from the URL 'http://public.tibco.com/pub/tibco_oss/jcifs/jcifs_1.3.18.zip'. Make sure there is internet access.

---

That is a third-party component that is only needed if you plan to use NTLM. When you get to the third party components step during the installation, simply skip that.

If you want to use NTML, you can download the needed component on a different machine and manually put it in place on the server after the installation, as documented here:
