Using Label renderer for country flag on barchart

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Label renderer to display country flags on a bar chart. The default is currently set to PNG but when I try to display them they're coming out blurred(fuzzy). When I use the direct URL to the image it'slooking really sharp. I've tried using the height and width parametersafter the URL but this doesn't seem to have any affect. Ideally I'd like to use SVG's but it won't render these even though I'm using some in textareas. So my question has two parts, can I change the settings to allow for the render of SVG's as a label If not then what can I do to sharpen png's through the renderer
