Upgrade Failure (v7.12 to v10)

I have attempted to upgrade our Spotfire Server from v7.12 to v10.10.2 and am getting two SQL errors:

1. Unable to persist configuration

com.spotfire.server.config.ConfigurationException: Unable to save configuration

2.Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

Regardless of the confirmation message that the upgrade was successful, these two errors appear to be causing it to fail. I have attached the full upgrade message logs for your perusal. Hoping you can help resolve these issues
