This offering consists of a mod (custom operator) for Spotfire® Data Science - Team Studio that provides the ability to generate principal components.
Overview
This Mod (Custom Operator) takes selected numeric columns from a HDFS dataset and generates a set of principal components. Used in conjunction with a Predictor operator, this operator can be used to support dimensionality reduction.
This operator is an alternative to the PCA core operator, in that it is built on Spark.
