    What is TIBCO Cloud? Spotfire®?

    How can I do a TIBCO Cloud Trial?

    Register for a free TIBCO Cloud Spotfire trial.

    What happens after I click "Launch Spotfire Trial"?

    You?ll immediately be in the Spotfire application and will see our ?welcome? page.  If you?re not already a TIBCO Cloud user, you'll receive an email with account activation instructions. Click on ?Activate? within the email you receive, create a password, log in and start making data discoveries! Please note that you?ll be able to access Spotfire for 30 minutes without activating your account, but you?ll need an activated account to log into Spotfire a second time.

    What if I already have a TIBCO CLOUD account?

    If you?re an active user of TIBCO Cloud Integration, Live Apps, or Messaging, you can navigate to the ?Home? area, click ?Launch Spotfire,? accept the product terms and immediately start using the Spotfire application.  If your TIBCO Cloud paid subscription or trial has expired, you can navigate to  account.cloud.tibco.com to sign up.

    Why do you need my email address?

    We require you to share a valid email address with us so that we can verify that you are a real person. This protects you and our product.  Rest assured, we never sell email addresses or any other personal information to third-party vendors.  As part of your trial sign-up, you will receive a series of educational emails from us meant to introduce you to Spotfire. Otherwise, you won?t hear from us very often.

    How can I get help with my Spotfire account?

    When you are in the Spotfire web application, simply go to the "?" menu and select ?Support? (to generate a support case) or ?Chat with us? to chat with a live Product or Sales expert on our team. When you are in the TIBCO Cloud environment, we offer in-application support. Simply navigate to the "?" menu, choose ?Support,? and then create a support case.  If you would prefer self-service support please create a free login on support.tibco.com to access the Knowledgebase, Documentation, and other public Support resources.

    When does my trial expire?

    Your trial will expire 30 days from the day you start the trial.

    Can I use R packages with TIBCO Cloud? Spotfire®?

    TIBCO Cloud? Spotfire® has made available nearly six hundred packages from the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN). The packages that are included on TIBCO Cloud? Spotfire® have been tested with TIBCO® Enterprise Runtime for R (TERR?) and are considered useful and popular.
