Showing more than 29 values for a Chart Legend

Background

Spotfire legends are limited to 29 values. However, you may use a Treemap visualization as a legend to expand this.

Step-by-Step

1) Set Color By on the initial chart to your desired column, then hide legend:

2) Create Treemap and set Color By to your column with "First()" aggregation, set Size By to "None", and set Hierarchy to your column:

3) Set the Treemap Color Mode to "Uniform values", and set its color scheme to match values of your original chart:
