Our solution provides a data-driven and strategic analysis for HR departments to find competitive advantages to hire more diverse talent and help retain key employees. HR departments can also be more focused on how they budget, plan, and strategize for management. The People Analytics Dashboard for Spotfire can get you started. This dashboard helps you gather and report HR data, measure the impact of HR metrics, and provides the opportunity to make data-driven business decisions.

    Summary of Capabilities

    The dashboard is split into the following sections:

    • Headcount: On this page, you can view the visibility of employees' headcount or total base pay metrics with a variety of filters. This data calculates overall metrics for employees for a duration of time.
    • Hires & Growth: Here you will be able to explore overall hiring metrics by hiring percentage and growth using a variety of filters to gain insight into hiring patterns.
    • Attrition: Using similar document properties and filters you can view Total, Regretted, and Voluntary Attrition to gain insights on team attrition. 
    • Exit Interviews: On this page, you will see a list of reasons for departure and the corresponding percentage of respondents who agreed with those statements. This page also provides employee feedback and distribution for each departure reasoning to gain an understanding of the exit process.
    • Structure: Here you will see the distribution of compensation grade and average direct reports. Using these metrics provides the overall structure and demographics metrics of your data.
    • MBO: On this page, you see view overall career metrics such as promotions and salary dynamics based on regions. These metrics provide insight into hiring and attrition data based on gender and promotion level.
    • Details: This last page details all the columns of your data table in a table visual for a high-level look at your data set.

    Overview of Methods

    Our solution utilizes data preparation to transform and process people analytics data for Human Resource departments. It efficiently reduces complexity and structures necessary data to create strategic HR insights. This dashboard allows HR departments to be more proactive and reactive and make data-driven insights on team attrition, hiring, and demographics.
