SPOT_rsrv_1.21.0_HF-002: Hotfix for Spotfire Service for R - 1.21.x (Released: July 29, 2024)

TERRSRV-1247 - An R Console session ignores "silent errors" and the service cannot distinguish them from errors that terminate script execution.
Some R CRAN packages, such as (but not limited to) doParallel, foreach, and iterators, raise an error ("stopIteration, all connections are in use") which can be obtained with geterrmessage(). Such execution does not get terminated while executing in the R Console, and fails when running the Spotfire Service for R.
TERRSRV-1249 - Processes started by R data function scripts are not stopped when they are interrupted or when they time out.
TERRSRV-1252 - After migrating from TIBCO Software Statistic Services (TSSS) to Spotfire Enterprise Runtime for R Service, warnings for packages are shown when executing a data function. This has now been addressed by adding a disable.warning.alert property for TERR, R, and Python services to disable warnings. The default is false, to disable warnings, this property must be set to true.
TERRSRV-1258 - Lot of warnings on the error stream from R process clouts it and hangs the execution.
