Backup all DXP files in a Spotfire® Server

If you have ever wanted to be able to export all of the DXP files in your library for backup or versioning purposes, here is a way to do that with Powershell, the Spotfire WebServicesAPI, and the command line.

I hope someone finds this useful.  I'll be working on this to make it more flexible over time.

I'm uploading the Powershell script for use and comment.  If you see any errors or a better way to do this let me know.

This has only been tested on Windows Server 2012 R2 and Tibco Spotfire 7.6.
